Moon Mná Retreat - Remember- Resonate - Reclaim

/You are so welcome to join us for our annual Moon Mná retreat, running in the incredible Red Roots Farm, Killucan, co. Westmeath (50mins from Dublin).

If you crave a deeply nourishing, restorative time to reconnect with yourself, build community, and gently fuel your authentic purpose in the world, then please come and join us.

Our event will run over two days, with the option to stay on the Farm. See below.

Drawing on the powerful energies of the Goddess Morrigan, we will gently guide you to re-connect with yourself and what you need to shed and welcome in at this auspicious time of Lughnasadh.

Our theme for the weekend is the triple Rs of:

·     Resonance

·     Reclamation

·     Release

What this means for each woman will be deeply unique and personal, what we can promise however is a gently transformative remembering of who you truly are.

No experience is necessary, just come with an open heart, ready to flow with the magic.

Our Facilitators:

Claire Bracken is a multidisciplinary artist and co-founder of Red Roots Farm Retreat Centre in Westmeath. Inspired by the Wheel of the Year, her work explores the connection between nature, creativity, and personal transformation. Claire creates nurturing spaces where storytelling and self-expression guide others toward healing, empowerment, and deeper self-understanding. She sees art as a sacred space—where shadow and light meet—and where true freedom is found through creative exploration

Leisha Redmond McGrath is a triple Chartered Psychologist, Coach and Shaman with 25 years’ experience supporting clients to self-connect and thrive with purpose. Alongside her corporate work, she has regularly hosted Shamanic workshops and events in the community, and this is her second year to host the Moon Mná retreat. Leisha’s style is open, encouraging, and non-judgemental, and having recovered from years of chronic ill health and re-designed her own life, she is uniquely positioned to support her clients with their personal challenges and opportunities.
